How To Create a New Area Code

Areas may correspond to physical locations or systems associated with the project.

1. Use the Codes | Area Codes... menu item.
   
   The Area Code dialog box will appear.
   
   
2. Press the New Area button.
   
   
3. Enter the code to be used and the description for the area.
   
   
4. To save the code, press the Ok button.
   To cancel entry of the new code, press the escape key or press the Cancel button.
