How To Transfer Codes From Another Project
Device Codes, Cables, and Cable Color Schemes may be
transferred between projects. A Master project may be created which has all codes
commonly used on projects. New projects may then use selected codes by transferring
them from the master as necessary.
To transfer Cables/Colors/Device Types to the currently open project:

Use the Utilities | Transfer from Project... menu item.
The Transfer Data From Project dialog box will appear.

Use the File | Open menu item to choose the project to transfer items from.
It may take some time to populate the transfer lists.
Only codes which do not exist in the current project will be available for transfer.

Items which are already in the current project appear with a checkbox which is
grayed out and checked.

Multiple items from each list may be transferred. If a cable is selected for
which the color scheme does not exist in the project, the color scheme will be
selected automatically.

Include an item in the current transfer by clicking on its check box (or pressing spacebar
while the item is highlighted). The Select All and Deselect All
buttons may also be used.

Press the Transfer button to execute the transfer.
More than one transfer may be executed before the dialog box is dismissed.
